Saturday March 26, 7pm: Films by Mary Kerr. Two films about the art, poetry and music of the Beat era, The Beach and San Francisco's Wild History Groove will be screened. David Reid hosts. Refreshments. Suggested donation $5.
Saturday April 2, 7pm: Artist talk and Film. Screening of My Saraab, a short film, documenting the fascinating story of Iraqi refugee, Sabah Al-Dhaher, his experience in war-torn Iraq and his ultimate journey to the West to practice his art as a sculptor and painter. Peter Scaturro will give a presentation about his own painting and sculpture and the source of his inspiration. Refreshments. Suggested donation $5.
Saturday April 9, 2:30-6pm: Closing Party. Meet the artists and see the show again on the last day of the exhibit. Free.
