            Helen Park Bigelow will read from and discuss her book about her father,
            David Park, Painter. The book is a moving biography of David Park's life and
            difficult early death, skillfully blending memoir with observations about
             life in the Bay Area just before and after World War II, when some of America's
             most original, radical artists and writers gathered here.
             David Reid hosts. Refreshments. Free.
